Retained search is for executive and C-level positions that require the full attention of our Principal, Jon Ward. A comprehensive overview of the role, responsibilities, and primary relationships is conducted, and a third of the fee is paid to retain services. Our research group then begins to identify key players in market, and Jon initiates conversations. Once a short list of candidates is presented, another third is paid, with the final third paid upon conclusion of the search.
