Meet the team
Jon has been an Executive Headhunter since 2001, and worked in Engineering and Technology verticals until 2009. The Recession convinced him to apply his experience to the Banking world, and his focus became Commercial Banking in California, with an emphasis on helping large community and regional banks identify and recruit the best banking talent in their respective markets.
Prior to launching his own firm, he was a leading producer, manager, and trainer for global recruiting giant MRI, the Director of Talent Acquisition for a Rosetta company with clients like Apple, Quiksilver, and HP, and a consultant for national recruiting firms that wanted to enhance their Executive Search verticals.
He lives on the Central Coast of California, where he used to be a quasi-professional musician, playing at the beautiful wineries surrounding Paso Robles. Ask him about playing to a packed house at BB King's Blues Club in Nashville. He also loves to work from the road in his 40' RV with his better half and their rescue cat, The Dude.

Andrew began his career in recruiting in 2003, and has been a leading producer and Principal for organizations like MRI, SearchPath, and Kaye-Bassman, one of the largest search firms in the US. He is a sought-after conference speaker and trainer, and has a cult-like status among his clients and the professionals that he has worked with. One conversation with Andrew, and you will understand why. Direct, unambivalent, actionable advice is what he delivers, and it has earned him rabid loyalty and the status of "go-to-guy" with those that he works with.
Andrew heads up the Candidate Services side of W&D, delivering best-in-class products, service, and advice for our network of professionals. He also maintains an advisory role with many of the companies that have sought his counsel regarding hiring, retention, and Sales Operations.
Prior to recruiting, Andrew had a career as a chef in Sacramento, CA where he enjoyed showcasing his Venezuelan heritage. He now lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and three kids, and is an avid weightlifter, fitness enthusiast, and MMA amateur.
